DAM Capital Advisors reported audited FY2026 consolidated revenue of Rs 237.11 crore (down from Rs 248.35 crore), PBT of Rs 97.61 crore (down 29% from Rs 136.98 crore), and PAT of Rs 72.69 crore (down 30% from Rs 103.78 crore). The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 1 per share (FV Rs 2) for FY2026, subject to shareholder approval at AGM. Mr. Dharmesh Mehta was re-appointed as MD & CEO for 5 years from June 10, 2026. Segmentally, Investment Banking revenue declined slightly to Rs 151.15 crore while Stock Broking fell to Rs 70.67 crore.
