DAM Capital Advisors Limited has fixed Friday, June 13, 2025 as the record date to identify shareholders eligible for the final dividend. The dividend is subject to approval by members at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for July 26, 2025, and will be paid within 30 days of the AGM, after applicable tax deduction at source. Shareholders holding shares in demat form as per depository records, and those in physical form as per the company's register, as on the close of business on June 13 will be eligible.
