Danube Industries' Board approved audited standalone financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2026. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 1,151.69 crore (FY26) vs Rs 1,096.64 crore (FY25), a 5% increase. Net profit grew to Rs 13.61 crore from Rs 12.17 crore, up 11.8% year-on-year. Statutory auditors U B G & Company issued an unmodified (clean) audit opinion. Total assets grew significantly to Rs 1,121.45 crore from Rs 635.11 crore. However, operating cash flow turned sharply negative at Rs -168.95 lakh for the year, indicating substantial cash burn despite profitable operations. Borrowings nearly doubled to Rs 318.14 crore in current liabilities.
While profitability improved and the auditor gave a clean opinion, the large negative operating cash flow and tripling of short-term borrowings to fund operations raise concerns about liquidity. Shareholders should monitor the company's ability to generate cash from operations going forward.
