DAPS Advertising Ltd reported strong revenue growth of about 23% for H1 FY26, with operating revenue rising to Rs 983.94 lakhs from Rs 802.08 lakhs in H1 FY25. Profit after tax grew modestly by around 11% to Rs 44.79 lakhs, while EPS stood at Rs 0.87 versus Rs 0.78 last year. The board also approved the appointment of Ms. Mansi Bajpai as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. The statutory auditor B.M. Chaturvedi & Co. (who replaced the predecessor auditor) issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications. However, the company swung from a positive operating cash flow of Rs 138.18 lakhs last year to a negative Rs 98.55 lakhs this period, mainly due to a rise in trade receivables and short-term borrowings jumping sharply from Rs 5.65 lakhs to Rs 173.48 lakhs.
Topline growth is encouraging for the small-cap advertising firm, but the sharp deterioration in operating cash flow and the surge in short-term debt are red flags that warrant close monitoring by shareholders.
