ICRA Limited, the Monitoring Agency for Data Patterns' QIP issue (raised INR 500 crore in March 2023, net proceeds INR 487.73 crore), has submitted its final Q4 FY2026 report. The report confirms no deviations in utilization of proceeds against the disclosed objects. As of March 31, 2026, INR 450.09 crore (92.3%) has been utilized out of INR 487.73 crore. Unutilized amount of INR 37.64 crore is parked in fixed deposits with HDFC Bank (INR 20.65 crore) and Axis Bank (INR 16.30 crore), plus INR 3.07 crore in the monitoring account. Delays are noted in two areas: product development (INR 36.05 crore unutilized out of INR 167.24 crore allocated) and EMI-EMC testing facility (INR 1.60 crore unutilized out of INR 15.23 crore allocated). All other heads including working capital, debt repayment, land acquisition, and general corporate purposes are fully on schedule.
No concerns for shareholders — proceeds are being deployed as intended with no misuse or material deviation. The remaining INR 37.6 crore in FDs is safely parked and earning modest returns. Minor delays in capex (product development and EMI-EMC facility) are noted but not alarming.
