Datamatics Global Services Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 - Reconstitution of Board Committees'.

Datamatics Global Services has reconstituted four key board committees — Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, Stakeholders Relationship, and Risk Management — effective August 27, 2025. CEO Rahul Kanodia will chair the Risk Management Committee and continue as a member of the Audit and Stakeholders Relationship Committees. Independent director Himanshu Verma will chair the Audit Committee, while independent director Mona Bhide will chair the Nomination & Remuneration Committee. Non-executive director Sameer Kanodia will chair the Stakeholders Relationship Committee, and CFO Ankush Akar joins the Risk Management Committee as a member.
