Datamatics Global Services reported Q4FY25 revenue of ₹497.2 crore, up 20.5% year-on-year, and EBITDA of ₹74.5 crore, up 15.3% YoY. For the full year FY25, revenue grew 11.2% to ₹1,723.4 crore, but EBITDA declined 6% to ₹229.3 crore due to margin pressure (EBITDA margin fell from 15.7% to 13.3%). FY25 PAT rose 3.4% to ₹205.0 crore. Q4 PAT, however, fell 14.6% YoY to ₹44.9 crore. The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹5 per share (100% of face value). The company added 7 new clients in Q4 and secured multiple analyst recognitions from Gartner, Everest Group, and ISG. Net cash and investments stood at ₹415.3 crore, down from ₹653.1 crore a year earlier, while DSO improved to 57 days from 67 days.
Strong Q4 revenue growth is positive, but the full-year EBITDA decline and shrinking margins point to profitability challenges. The healthy dividend and improved receivable cycle are shareholder-friendly, while the drop in net cash position and softer bottom line in Q4 may temper near-term investor enthusiasm.
