Postal ballot results: two independent directors appointed with 99.9982 percent approval

Resolution 1 approved appointment of Mr. Hitesh Gajaria as Non-Executive Independent Director with 3,76,73,448 votes in favour and 662 against. Resolution 2 approved appointment of Mr. Navnit Singh as Non-Executive Independent Director with 3,76,73,398 votes in favour and 672 against.
