Davin Sons Retail Limited plans to raise ₹768.75 lakhs through a preferential allotment, comprising 19,25,000 equity shares at ₹25 each (₹481.25 lakhs) and 11,50,000 warrants at ₹25 each (₹287.50 lakhs). The total project cost is ₹849.60 lakhs, with ₹207 lakhs earmarked for store fit-outs and security deposits, and ₹642.60 lakhs for working capital, mainly inventory stocking. Of the project cost, ₹768.75 lakhs will come from the preferential issue proceeds and ₹80.85 lakhs from internal accruals. The allotment follows shareholder approval obtained at an EGM held on September 9, 2025.
The fund raise will strengthen the company's balance sheet for retail expansion and inventory build-up, though it will lead to equity dilution for existing shareholders upon conversion of warrants and allotment of shares.
