The company clarified NSE queries on its Q4 FY26 results and resubmitted corrected documents, including confirmation that the auditor issued an unmodified opinion. For FY26, standalone revenue grew 32.5 percent to Rs 736.71 crore and PAT rose 47 percent to Rs 21.32 crore versus FY25. A final dividend of 10 paise per share was recommended. However, operating cash flow turned sharply negative at Rs -37.35 crore and short term borrowings rose 72 percent to Rs 87.07 crore, while trade receivables nearly doubled.
Strong earnings growth is a positive, but sharply negative operating cash flow, rising receivables, and higher borrowings signal working capital stress worth watching.
