The promoter group of Dc Infotech and Communication Ltd, led by Devansh Kamleshkumar Sayani and eight other promoter/PAC members, has acquired an additional 15,80,000 equity shares (9.88% of total share capital and 9.63% on a diluted basis) through the conversion of warrants into equity shares. The shares were allotted on a preferential basis on 24 September 2025. As a result, the promoter group's total holding has risen from 96,20,000 shares (59.78%) to 1,02,00,000 shares (63.75% of total and 62.20% of diluted capital). The total equity share capital of the company also expanded from 1.44 crore to 1.60 crore shares of face value Rs 10 each due to this allotment.
