In his resignation letter, he stated he is leaving to pursue an alternate career opportunity. The Nomination & Remuneration Committee accepted his resignation on July 3, 2025 and simultaneously approved the appointment of Mr. Shekher Kapoor as the new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and KMP with effect from July 4, 2025. Mr. Kapoor is an Associate Member of ICSI with over 3 years of experience in secretarial and compliance work. The transition is seamless with no gap in the role.
