DCM Shriram has changed its Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA) from MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited to KFin Technologies Limited, effective 31st December 2025. The switch has been confirmed by both NSDL (letter dated 30 December 2025) and CDSL (letter dated 31 December 2025). KFin Technologies is one of India's largest and most recognised RTAs, offering services from its Hyderabad office with helpline 1800 309 4001 and email einward.ris@kfintech.com. A tripartite agreement between the company, the old RTA, and the new RTA is still being finalised and will be communicated separately. This follows up on an earlier company letter dated 28 October 2025.
This is a routine administrative change with no material effect on the business or shareholders. Investors do not need to take any action; shareholding records, ISINs, and demat accounts remain unchanged. Moving to KFin, a larger and more widely used RTA, should ensure smoother shareholder services going forward.
