DCM Shriram reported strong FY2026 results with standalone profit after tax of Rs. 837.55 crores, up 47.8% from Rs. 566.53 crores in FY2025. Total income grew 11.2% to Rs. 13,995.33 crores. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 4 per share, bringing total FY2025-26 dividend to Rs. 11.20 per share (vs Rs. 9.00 previous year), aggregating to Rs. 174.66 crores. The company also approved Rs. 100 crore financial assistance to Hindusthan Specialty Chemicals for Formulated Resins capacity expansion to 50K TPA. Additionally, the company sold its 50% stake in Shriram Polytech to Teknor Apex B.V., converting it from a subsidiary to a Joint Venture.
The 48% jump in net profit and 24% increase in total dividend per share signal strong earnings growth. The debt metrics remain healthy (debt-equity 0.24, DSCR 5.13x), supporting continued shareholder returns.
