Ddev Plastiks Industries Ltd has announced a change in its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA). The company's previous RTA, C B Management Services Private Limited, has merged with MUFG Intime India Private Limited (formerly Link Intime India), effective 8 May 2026. This merger was sanctioned by Order No. RD/WR/Sec.233/MUFG/AC2438148/2026/226 dated 24 April 2026 passed by the Regional Director (WR)-I, Mumbai. The existing servicing team will remain unchanged and the appointment will continue on similar terms until 31 March 2027 unless renewed. While the office address remains the same, a new email address (investor.helpdesk@in.mpms.mufg.com) has been provided for electronic communication. The Compliance Officer has also changed to Mr. Amit Kumar Banerjee.
