Ddev Plastiks, India's largest listed polymer compound manufacturer, reported FY26 revenue of Rs 2,948 crore (up 13% YoY), EBITDA of Rs 320 crore (11% margin), and PAT of Rs 202 crore (7% margin). EPS grew to Rs 19.50 from Rs 17.93. The company commissioned 48,000 MTPA of XLPE capacity in April 2026, taking total installed capacity to 2,68,400 MTPA. Management guided for FY27 revenue growth of ~13%, volume growth of 15% to 2,31,000 MT, and stable EBITDA margins of 11%. The company also announced a strategic entry into Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) with a 5 GWh assembly plant target by Q3 FY27 and planned Rs 150-200 crore capex for phase 1. Export revenue grew 30% YoY despite geopolitical disruptions from the Israel-Iran conflict.
Strong execution with multiyear revenue targets of Rs 5,000 crore by FY30 from core compounding plus Rs 2,000-2,500 crore from BESS signals sustained growth. The company remains net debt-free with disciplined capex of Rs 175 crore for FY27, supporting shareholder value creation while diversifying into high-growth BESS sector.
