Dear Sir/Madam, Kindly find enclosed herewith results for quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025.
Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
Goenka Diamond & Jewels reported Q3 FY26 standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 123.72 lakhs, up sharply from Rs. 21.06 lakhs in Q3 FY25, and 9M FY26 revenue of Rs. 171.31 lakhs vs Rs. 88.57 lakhs a year ago. Despite revenue growth, the company continued to post losses, with a Q3 loss after tax of Rs. 15.37 lakhs and a 9M FY26 loss of Rs. 102.76 lakhs (standalone). The auditor (Ummed Jain & Co) issued a qualified review report with a 'Material Uncertainty Related to Going Concern' flag, citing the ongoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), a December 2025 NCLT liquidation order stayed by NCLAT, defaulted bank loans classified as NPA, overdue trade receivables of Rs. 69,768.84 lakhs (standalone) / Rs. 76,281.43 lakhs (consolidated) with no impairment provision, and untranslated foreign-currency balances. Secured financial creditors have filed claims of Rs. 49,408.27 lakhs against Rs. 17,730.38 lakhs appearing in books, a Rs. 31,677.89 lakhs differential not accounted for.
The going-concern qualification, active CIRP, and NCLT liquidation order (currently stayed) make this a high-risk stock with serious solvency and resolution uncertainty; shareholders face significant risk of value erosion depending on the outcome of insolvency proceedings and creditor claims.
