Decillion Finance appoints new auditor and independent director

Board of Decillion Finance on 2 July 2026 approved two changes. First, M/s MGSA and Company, Chartered Accountants was appointed as statutory auditor for FY 2026-27 to fill a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of the previous auditor M/s T D K and Co. This appointment needs shareholder approval within three months. Second, Mrs. Nita Agarwal was appointed as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for five years, also subject to shareholder approval. She is a commerce graduate with experience in finance, corporate governance, and compliance. She holds no shares and has no inter-director relationships.
