Pradhin Limited announced its standalone unaudited results for the quarter ended 30 June 2025. Revenue from operations rose about 34% year-on-year to roughly ₹1,874 lacs, up from about ₹1,398 lacs in Q1 FY25. Profit after tax more than doubled to around ₹77 lacs from about ₹38 lacs a year ago, with basic EPS improving to ₹0.07 from ₹0.05. However, the statutory auditor (S Parth & Co) issued a 'Disclaimer of Opinion', stating it was not provided with satisfactory supporting documents for sales, purchases, inventory and trade receivables/payables, and was not given the fixed assets register, making it unable to verify depreciation and deferred tax. The auditor warned these gaps 'may have material and pervasive impact' on the company's financial position.
Headline growth looks strong, but the auditor's disclaimer is a serious red flag — the numbers are essentially unverified and may be unreliable. Retail investors should treat the results with caution until the documentation gaps flagged by the auditor are resolved.
