Decorous Investment & Trading Co Ltd reported an un-audited profit after tax of Rs. 7.85 lakh for H1 FY26 (ended September 2025), nearly doubling from Rs. 3.94 lakh in H1 FY25. Q2 FY26 standalone PAT was Rs. 3.48 lakh on total income of Rs. 5.50 lakh. Total revenue for the half-year rose to Rs. 12.99 lakh from Rs. 10.99 lakh a year ago, driven mainly by recurring 'other income' (interest/dividend) of Rs. 5.50 lakh per quarter, with negligible consultancy revenue. The auditor (SMGA & Co.) issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications. On the balance sheet, equity stands at Rs. 3.91 crore against very minimal liabilities, and cash balance fell sharply from Rs. 6.05 lakh to Rs. 0.37 lakh at half-year end.
For shareholders: PAT growth is strong on a small base, but the business is asset-heavy and passive (mostly loans/advances and interest income) with no operating cash generation — the Rs. 16.67 lakh negative operating cash flow is funded by reserves. No major stock-moving catalyst; the stock may remain thinly traded given the micro-cap scale.
