DEE Development Engineers reported a closing order book of ₹1,940 crore as of 28th March 2026, up from ₹1,913 crore at the start of the month, driven by ₹155.70 crore of new order inflows partially offset by ₹128.80 crore of execution during March. For the full fiscal year FY2025-26, cumulative order inflow stood at ₹1,869.67 crore with ₹1,158.22 crore executed. Key segments include Power (DEE India ₹1,004.81 crore, DEE Thailand ₹202.54 crore), Oil & Gas (₹582.65 crore India, ₹13.25 crore Thailand), and Heavy Fabrication (₹116.23 crore). Additionally, the company is L1 (lowest bidder) for ₹209 crore worth of orders from reputed clients awaiting formal purchase orders. On the power division side, PSERC fixed the tariff for FY 2025-26 at ₹5.224/kWh with 5% annual escalation, and the company has filed an appeal with APTEL challenging the rate. Separately, the High Court has stayed a tariff revision for DEE's power division, allowing the company to continue billing at ₹7.47 per unit. Guidance for FY27 from the power segment is projected at ~₹47.71 crore.
The order book remains healthy at ~₹1,940 crore providing multi-year revenue visibility. The ₹209 crore L1 pipeline, if converted, would add to future inflows. The ongoing tariff dispute with PSERC adds regulatory uncertainty for the power segment, though current billing continues at the higher rate due to the court stay.
