DEE Development Engineers reported its order book position for April 2026. The closing order book stood at Rs 1,909.82 crore as of 30th April 2026, compared to an opening of Rs 1,927.36 crore on 1st April, representing a net decrease of Rs 17.54 crore. During April, the company received fresh orders worth Rs 49.94 crore while executing orders worth Rs 67.48 crore. The order book comprises diversified segments including power, oil & gas, heavy fabrication, and gas plants across DEE India, DEE Thailand, and DEE Fabricom India. The company also disclosed it is L1 (lowest bidder) for orders worth Rs 211 crore awaiting formal purchase orders. The company continues to have a tariff dispute with PSERC regarding its Malwa biomass power plant, currently supplying at Rs 7.47 per unit pending High Court resolution.
The order book remained stable above Rs 1,900 crore with execution exceeding new inflows, indicating healthy execution momentum. The Rs 211 crore pipeline order, if confirmed, would provide significant future revenue visibility. The ongoing tariff dispute adds some regulatory uncertainty for the power division.
