Deep Industries Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Advait Greenergy Private Limited (AGPL) on March 13, 2026, to jointly bid for and execute Green Hydrogen project tenders. The collaboration targets tenders floated by major entities including NTPC, SECI, IOC, HPCL, BPCL, GAIL, and other PSUs, as well as private players in India and abroad. The MOU is valid for two years and can be extended by mutual agreement. No upfront cash consideration has been paid — each party will handle its own scope of work. The agreement is not a related party transaction, and no new entity is being created.
This expands Deep Industries' footprint into the Green Hydrogen sector, a high-growth area aligned with India's clean energy push. The partnership could open new revenue streams if they win tenders, though execution risks remain since no contracts have been secured yet and the MOU is only a preliminary collaboration framework.
