Deepak Builders & Engineers India Limited held its 8th AGM on September 27, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 11:52 AM via video conferencing. A total of 63 members attended (3 from promoter group and 60 from public). All five directors, including Chairman and MD Mr. Deepak Kumar Singal and Whole Time Director Mrs. Sunita Singal, were present, along with statutory, secretarial, and internal auditors. Six resolutions were tabled: adoption of FY25 audited financials, declaration of final dividend, re-appointment of Mr. Deepak Kumar Singal as director, appointment of new secretarial auditor, ratification of cost auditor remuneration, and continuation of executive director Mr. Harnam Singh Khosa's term. The statutory auditor's report had no qualifications or adverse remarks. Voting results are awaited and will be declared within the statutory period after the scrutinizer submits the report.
