Delta Manufacturing Limited reported its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations fell to ₹1,431.67 lakhs from ₹1,578.31 lakhs in the same quarter last year, a decline of about 9%. The company posted a loss after tax of ₹(154.62) lakhs, narrower than the ₹(258.03) lakhs loss in Q1 FY25, with basic EPS of ₹(1.42). On a consolidated basis, including a share of loss from joint venture MMG Ferrites of ₹(63.80) lakhs, the loss widened to ₹(218.47) lakhs. The hard ferrites segment continued to struggle with revenue collapsing to ₹26.85 lakhs (vs ₹305.99 lakhs YoY) and a segment loss of ₹(149.82) lakhs, while the textile segment remained profitable with revenue of ₹1,404.82 lakhs. The board also approved the re-appointment of Dr. Ram H. Shroff as Managing Director for three years from October 1, 2025, and fixed September 29, 2025 for the 43rd AGM. The statutory auditor M H S & Associates issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications.
Shareholders should note that the company is still loss-making at both standalone and consolidated levels, though the standalone loss has narrowed year-on-year. The sharp decline in hard ferrites revenue and continued losses in that segment remain a concern, while the textile division is the only meaningful profit driver. No immediate positive catalyst for the stock is evident from these results, and weak operating performance may weigh on investor sentiment.
