Denis Chem Lab Ltd has fixed Friday, 19th September 2025 as the Record Date to identify shareholders eligible for the final dividend for FY 2024-25. The 44th Annual General Meeting will be held on 26th September 2025 at 12:00 noon via video conferencing, where the dividend will be considered for declaration. Dividend payment, if approved at the AGM, will be made on or after 26th September 2025 within the statutory timeframe. The Board also approved the appointment of M/s.
