Denta Water and Infra Solutions reported its first quarterly results post its January 2025 IPO. Consolidated revenue from operations grew to Rs. 672.78 million in Q1 FY26, up about 36% year-on-year from Rs. 494.97 million in Q1 FY25. Total income stood at Rs. 698.14 million versus Rs. 500.60 million a year ago. Profit after tax rose to Rs. 185.50 million, a jump of roughly 41% over Rs. 131.50 million in Q1 FY25, with EPS at Rs. 6.95 (vs Rs. 6.85). The auditor M/s Maheshwari & Co. issued a clean limited review but flagged an Emphasis of Matter on pending confirmation and reconciliation of trade receivables and trade payables balances. The company is engaged in water revitalizing and groundwater recharging and also consolidates its 99%-owned partnership firm Denta Properties and Investment.
Strong double-digit growth in both revenue and profit signals healthy post-IPO momentum and could be viewed positively by investors. However, the auditor's emphasis on unconfirmed trade balances is a minor watch-out that investors should track in coming quarters.
