Announcement under Regulation 30 for Reconstitution of Committee

Desco Infratech has reconstituted two of its board committees effective November 3, 2025. Mr. Yash Gurnani, a Non-Executive Independent Director, has replaced Mr. Mahendra Gusain on both the Stakeholder Relationship Committee (where Gurnani is now Chairman) and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (as a Member). The Stakeholder Relationship Committee now comprises Gurnani as Chairman and Executive Directors Samarth Pankaj Desai and Pankaj Pruthu Desai as Members. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee is chaired by Mr. Kaushal Rangoonwala, with Gurnani and Mrs. Anita Paul as Members.
