Devine Impex Limited has submitted its audited financial results for FY2024-25 and Q4, approved by the Board on May 29, 2025. Full-year revenue from operations rose to ₹199.69 lakhs from ₹176.10 lakhs in FY24, a growth of about 13%. However, profit after tax declined to ₹3.29 lakhs from ₹3.73 lakhs, and the company slipped into a small loss of ₹0.41 lakhs in Q4 FY25. The statutory auditor, Deepak Jindal & Co., issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results. Net cash from operating activities improved to ₹0.61 lakhs (from negative ₹0.94 lakhs in FY24), and the balance sheet remains debt-light with total equity of ₹1,369.43 lakhs.
For shareholders, the results are mixed: topline grew modestly but bottomline contracted, with a quarterly loss raising questions about Q4 momentum. The clean auditor report and low debt are positives, but the very thin margins and shrinking profit may concern investors looking for earnings growth.
