Dhampur Bio Organics reported strong full-year results with standalone revenue up 14.4% to Rs 3,106.17 crore and PAT more than doubling to Rs 24.97 crore from Rs 12.09 crore in FY25. EPS improved to Rs 3.78 from Rs 1.82. The Board recommended a dividend of Rs 1.50 per share and announced acquisition of Sonitron Chemicals Private Limited. The Income Tax Department conducted a search at company premises in October-November 2025, though management says no adjustments are needed in the financials. The company also approved sale of its Meerganj sugar unit for Rs 305 crore via slump sale. Statutory auditors Mittal Gupta & Co. issued an unmodified opinion.
Strong profitability growth with PAT doubling year-on-year is positive for shareholders. However, the IT department search and proposed sale of the sugar unit are watch items for investors.
