Q1 FY27 revenue (net of excise) was Rs 553.88 Cr, up 4.51% YoY, driven by 267% growth in Country Liquor via new UP depots. Sugar revenue fell 13.84% YoY and Biofuel and Spirits dropped 36.72% YoY. PAT from continuing operations was a loss of Rs 12.14 Cr, though overall PAT of Rs 38.40 Cr included a Rs 63.89 Cr gain from sale of Meerganj unit on 18 June 2026. Company repaid Rs 93 Cr in long-term loans in the quarter, reducing debt to Rs 197 Cr and debt to equity to 0.18x from 0.28x.
Sugar and ethanol segments under pressure, but Country Liquor expansion and sharp debt reduction from Meerganj sale strengthen the balance sheet.
