Dhanalaxmi Roto Spinners Ltd reported revenue from operations of Rs 27,607 lakhs for FY26, up 49% from Rs 18,547 lakhs in FY25. However, profit after tax declined significantly to Rs 369 lakhs from Rs 854 lakhs in the previous year - a drop of about 57%. The company maintained a clean audit with an unmodified opinion from G.D. Upadhyay & Co. On a positive note, the company turned cash-flow positive with operating cash flow of Rs 1,583 lakhs versus a negative Rs 656 lakhs in FY25. Borrowings were substantially reduced from Rs 600 lakhs to Rs 155 lakhs, while cash reserves improved to Rs 2,381 lakhs from Rs 975 lakhs. EPS fell to Rs 4.73 from Rs 10.95.
The stock may face pressure due to the steep profit decline despite strong revenue growth, suggesting margin compression. However, the improved cash flows and reduced debt indicate better financial health, which could provide some support to the stock price.
