Dhanlaxmi Bank has promoted Mr. Satheesan V to the position of General Manager, effective May 9, 2025, following approval from the Board of Directors. Mr. Satheesan has been with the bank since 2009 and brings 29 years of experience, including prior stints as a practicing lawyer and at Indian Overseas Bank. He has held several senior roles at Dhanlaxmi Bank, including Head of Legal, Chief Vigilance Officer, Chief Recovery Officer, and most recently Head of Internal Audit. He holds qualifications in law, business law, international business (MBA), and cyber law. He will report to the Managing Director & CEO and remains on the regular IBA pay scale.
