Dhanuka Agritech reported Q4 FY26 revenue of Rs. 483.34 Crores, up 9.35% YoY, with EBITDA at Rs. 124.89 Crores (margin 25.84%) and PAT of Rs. 97.77 Crores (margin 20.23%), showing strong profitability improvement. For the full year FY26, revenue was Rs. 2,019.79 Crores, slightly down 0.75% from FY25. The company announced a 100% dividend (Rs. 2 per share) absorbing Rs. 9.02 Crores and a share buyback of up to 5 lakh shares for Rs. 70 Crores at Rs. 1,400 per share. An ESOP scheme was also introduced. Management guided for lower double-digit revenue growth in FY27 but expects EBITDA margin to decline by approximately 100 basis points due to challenging industry conditions including erratic weather, weak channel liquidity, and global supply chain volatility.
Strong Q4 profitability is positive but the full-year revenue decline and management's guidance of margin pressure in FY27 may weigh on investor sentiment, despite the shareholder-friendly actions of dividend and buyback.
