Dhanvantri Jeevan Rekha Ltd has filed a compliance notice informing BSE that newspaper advertisements containing its audited financial results for quarter and year ended March 2026 were published on May 29, 2026 in Jansatta (Hindi) and Financial Express (English) newspapers. The company's standalone total income declined to Rs 1,071.27 lakhs in FY26 from Rs 1,304.97 lakhs in FY25, representing an 18% drop. The company reported a net loss of Rs 15.33 lakhs for FY26 compared to a net profit of Rs 27.06 lakhs in FY25. However, Q4 FY26 showed a return to profitability with net profit of Rs 2.35 lakhs. EPS for FY26 stood at Rs 0.94 (basic) versus Rs 1.61 in FY25. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board on May 28, 2026.
