Dharani Finance Ltd published its audited financial results for Q4 and full year FY26 in newspapers on May 17, 2026. Total income declined to Rs. 33.35 lakh in Q4 FY26 from Rs. 37.50 lakh in Q4 FY25. However, profit before tax improved significantly to Rs. 9.04 lakh in Q4 FY26 from Rs. 2.34 lakh in the previous year quarter. For the full year, total income stood at Rs. 138.80 lakh and PBT at Rs. 81.07 lakh, both showing strong growth compared to FY25 figures. EPS turned negative at -0.68 for FY26 versus +1.44 in FY25. The company notes it is an NBFC and that it continues under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) at NCLT Chennai.
The Q4 and FY26 results show mixed performance with revenue decline in Q4 but improved profitability. The negative full-year EPS is a concern for shareholders despite higher absolute profits, possibly due to increased share count or accounting adjustments from the ongoing CIRP.
