The AGM is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 25th September 2025 at 11:00 a.m. The company has fixed Thursday, 18th September 2025 as the cut-off date to determine members entitled to vote. Remote e-voting will be available from Monday, 22nd September 2025 (9:00 a.m.) to Wednesday, 24th September 2025 (5:00 p.m.).
Shareholders who buy or sell shares after 18th September 2025 (cut-off date) will not be eligible to vote at the 38th AGM. No trades in the stock can be settled in demat form during the book closure period, which may lead to lower trading volumes in that week.
