Dharmaj Crop Guard's board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Consolidated revenue from operations jumped to ₹3,673.83 million, up about 44% from ₹2,552.81 million in the same quarter last year. Profit after tax more than doubled to ₹325.87 million from ₹150.67 million, while EPS rose to ₹9.64 from ₹4.46. The board also appointed two new Independent Directors — Mr. Umesh Menon and Mr. Bhupatray Khunt — for a five-year term starting August 14, 2025, subject to shareholder approval. Independent Director Mr. Bhaveshkumar Ponkiya resigned citing other professional commitments, and M/s. D. I. Somaiya and Associates was appointed as Strategic Advisor for two years. The statutory auditors (MSKA & Associates) issued an unmodified limited review report on both the consolidated and standalone results.
Strong Q1 results with sharp growth in both revenue and profitability should be viewed positively by shareholders, supported by healthy margin expansion. The board refresh through new independent director appointments is a routine governance update and unlikely to move the stock on its own, but the bottom-line growth signals a solid start to FY26.
