Dharni Capital Services has reconstituted three key board committees effective 5 November 2025. Ms. Shenaz Zoobin Bapooji has been appointed as Chairperson and member of the Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee, replacing Mr. Vinay Agarwal in all three roles.
