DHP India Ltd's board on 30/05/2025 approved audited financial results for Q4 and the full year ended 31/03/2025, along with a final dividend of Rs. 4 per share (40% on Rs. 10 face value), subject to shareholder approval at the 34th AGM. The board appointed Mr. Surajit Raha as Non-Executive Independent Director for 5 years, reappointed M/s NKSJ & Associates as Statutory Auditors for FY26-FY30, and appointed Mrs. Alpana Sethia as the new Secretarial Auditors for the same 5-year block. The Statutory Auditors gave an unmodified (clean) opinion on the FY25 results. Profit after tax dropped sharply to roughly Rs. 669 lakhs from Rs. 1,881 lakhs in FY24, even as revenue grew modestly to about Rs. 13,186 lakhs. Operating cash flow turned negative at around Rs. (152) lakhs, compared with a positive Rs. 183 lakhs in the prior year.
The steep fall in profit and the swing to negative operating cash flow, despite revenue growth, point to significant margin and cash quality pressure that could weigh on the stock. The 40% dividend offers shareholders a reasonable payout cushion, but the AGM outcome and detailed results commentary will be closely watched.
