Diamond Power Infrastructure (DICABS) filed its FY25 investor presentation showing revenue of ₹1,11,539 Lakhs, up 225% YoY from ₹34,337 Lakhs. Q4 FY25 revenue grew 148% YoY to ₹33,381 Lakhs, but EBITDA margins compressed sharply to 4.2% from 15.5% a year ago, though full-year EBITDA still grew 56% YoY to ₹6,757 Lakhs. The company disclosed an order book of ₹1,672 crore as of May 31, 2025, with another ₹2,197 crore under finalization and ₹14,401 crore in pending bids. Management outlined Vision 2030 targeting top-3 market cap and ₹10,000 crore topline potential, while currently operating at only 20% capacity with Rs 125 crore being invested in backward integration. The new promoter (GSEC-Monarch Group) is also setting up a subsidiary for AL 59 rods with 75,000 MTPA capacity.
The strong revenue growth and large order pipeline (totaling over ₹18,000 crore including bids) signal a strong growth story, but the sharp Q4 margin compression and negative shareholder reserves (-₹93,112 Lakhs) remain key risks for investors to monitor.
