DIC India Limited has informed the stock exchanges that it published its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended June 30, 2025 in newspapers — Business Standard (English) and Aajkal (Bengali) — on August 15, 2025, as required under SEBI LODR Regulation 47. For Q1 FY26, total income from operations stood at ₹22,647.98 lakhs, down from ₹24,270.13 lakhs in Q1 FY25. Net profit after tax fell to ₹436.26 lakhs (vs ₹620.90 lakhs a year ago), translating to an EPS of ₹4.75 (vs ₹6.76). For the half year ended June 30, 2025, total income was ₹43,668.79 lakhs with a net profit after tax of ₹695.02 lakhs and EPS of ₹7.57, compared to ₹44,130.29 lakhs, ₹1,040.61 lakhs, and ₹11.34 respectively in H1 FY25. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board on August 13, 2025.
The year-on-year decline in both revenue (~7%) and net profit (~30%) for Q1 FY26 is a negative signal for shareholders. The mandatory newspaper publication itself is a routine compliance disclosure and does not directly affect the stock price, but the underlying weaker numbers may draw investor attention.
