Digital Fibre Infrastructure Trust has informed the Exchange regarding Disclosure of material issue

The InvIT Committee of Infinite India Investment Management Limited, the investment manager of Digital Fibre Infrastructure Trust, has declared a distribution of ₹2.3757 per unit as return on capital to unitholders. This follows up on a communication dated March 17, 2026. The record date for eligibility is fixed on Wednesday, March 25, 2026. The distribution amount will be paid to unitholders within 5 working days from the record date, in compliance with SEBI's Infrastructure Investment Trusts Regulations, 2014.
