Digital Fibre Infrastructure Trust submitted its annual valuation report as at March 31, 2026, conducted by Ernst and Young Merchant Banking Services LLP. The valuation shows Jio Digital Fibre Private Limited (JDFPL) with an enterprise value of Rs 2,15,547 crore and equity value of Rs 515 crore. The Trust's loans to JDFPL were valued at Rs 22,506 crore for the Staggered Loan and Rs 32,758 crore for Fixed Rate Loans. For FY26, JDFPL reported operating revenue of Rs 18,568 crore with a loss after tax of Rs 2,155 crore. The company operates a pan-India optic fibre network of approximately 30.1 million fibre pair kilometres, with Reliance Jio Infocomm as its anchor tenant under a 30-year agreement. The Trust is listed on BSE with major unitholders including ADIA and PIF (each holding 25.5%) and Reliance group entities.
The annual valuation demonstrates the Trust's assets are independently valued at over Rs 2.15 lakh crore in enterprise value, providing transparency for unitholders. The loan values exceed the principal outstanding amounts, indicating adequate security coverage for Trust lenders and unitholders.
