Digital Fibre Infrastructure Trust has informed the Exchange regarding Disclosure of material issue

Digital Fibre Infrastructure Trust has submitted its Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, as required under SEBI InvIT Regulations. The report was prepared by Shroff Negandhi and Associates LLP, Practicing Company Secretaries, covering the review period April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026. The report confirms that the Trust has fully complied with all applicable statutory provisions under SEBI InvIT Regulations, Listing Regulations, and PIT Regulations with NO deviations reported. SEBI conducted an inspection of the Trust for the period April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025, and the Trust submitted its explanations on March 16, 2026. A prior RMC composition issue from the previous year was also rectified during the period.
