Digital Fibre Infrastructure Trust has reported a change in the board of its investment manager, Infinite India Investment Management Limited. Mr. Natarajan Gnanaskandan (DIN: 00013939), a chartered accountant based in Ahmedabad with experience in project finance, M&A, capital markets and infrastructure advisory, has been appointed as an additional Non-Executive Director effective April 10, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. At the same time, Mr. Sridhar Vaidyanadhan (DIN: 03303448) has stepped down as Non-Executive Director with effect from the close of business on April 9, 2026, citing resignation.
