Digitide Solutions reported Q4 FY26 revenue of ₹800 Cr (up 9.2% YoY) and FY26 revenue of ₹3,080 Cr (up 7.1% YoY). The company is transitioning from a domestic BPM provider to an international AI-led Tech & Digital platform under its 3x3x3 strategy targeting $1B revenue by FY31. Tech & Digital revenue grew 27.2% YoY to 31.1% of total revenue, while international revenue share rose to 38.1%. However, EBITDA margin declined 280 bps YoY to 11.1% in FY26, and Q4 adjusted PAT fell 60.8% YoY to ₹11 Cr due to higher employee costs and new wage code impact. The company won 29 key logos in Q4 with TCV bookings of ₹620 Cr. AI initiatives including Pulse.AI platform are delivering measurable results with 25-30% code generation productivity and 15-point NPS improvement.
Margin compression is a near-term concern despite strong revenue growth and strategic repositioning toward higher-margin Tech & Digital services. The company targets 200-300 bps EBITDA margin improvement as part of its $1B by FY31 vision, but current trajectory shows declining profitability.
