Digitide Solutions Limited reported its annual audited consolidated financial results for FY2026. The company experienced a revenue decline of 5.8% to Rs. 30,801.81 million from Rs. 32,687.27 million in the previous period. Profit after tax (PAT) dropped significantly by 96% to Rs. 55.45 million compared to Rs. 1,377.48 million in the prior year. The Q4 March 2026 quarter reported a net loss of Rs. 50.05 million. Exceptional items of Rs. 647.59 million were recorded, primarily due to Rs. 412.23 million in employee benefit obligations under new Labour Codes and Rs. 235.36 million in demerger expenses. Deloitte Haskins & Sells issued an unmodified (clean) audit opinion on the financial statements.
The significant decline in profitability despite relatively stable revenue, combined with ongoing quarterly losses, suggests operational challenges. The large exceptional items are non-recurring but indicate cost pressures. Shareholders should monitor the company's ability to return to sustainable profitability given the sharp PAT contraction.
