Dilip Buildcon has published its audited financial results for Q4 FY25 and full year FY25 in Business Standard (English and Hindi) on May 10, 2025, as required by SEBI listing rules. For FY25 on a standalone basis, operating revenue fell to Rs 9,078 crore from Rs 10,650 crore in FY24, while profit after tax dropped to Rs 311 crore from Rs 422 crore. On a consolidated basis, however, PAT jumped sharply to Rs 840 crore from Rs 201 crore in FY24, with basic EPS rising to Rs 57.44 from Rs 13.75. The company highlighted an order book of Rs 14,923 crore, operations across 20 states and 1 union territory, and a fleet of 10,124 equipments. Consolidated debt-equity ratio stood at 1.81 with outstanding debt of Rs 9,525 crore.
Mixed picture for shareholders: standalone profits declined YoY due to lower revenue, but consolidated numbers show a strong recovery in profitability. The large order book provides revenue visibility, though high consolidated debt levels remain a watchpoint. No dividend announcement was made in this filing.
