Dipna Pharmachem reported H1 FY26 (ended Sept 30, 2025) results with net sales falling about 20% to ₹7,232.83 lakhs versus ₹9,062.38 lakhs in H1 FY25. Despite the revenue drop, net profit jumped sharply to ₹141.10 lakhs (from ₹33.67 lakhs) and EPS rose to ₹0.59 from ₹0.14, helped by lower purchase costs and a swing in inventory changes. Operating cash flow, however, was deeply negative at -₹1,771.13 lakhs, reflecting a sharp build-up in receivables and inventory. The company raised roughly ₹18.93 crores via convertible warrants in September 2025 (25% upfront consideration at ₹13.05 per warrant) for working capital and general purposes, and earlier ₹11.84 crores from a 2024 rights issue has been used as planned with no deviation. The auditor (Devadiya & Associates) issued an unmodified review report and there is no default on loans or debt securities.
Profitability looks strong on the surface due to margin expansion, but the 20% revenue decline and negative operating cash flow signal working-capital stress and weakening top-line momentum that shareholders should watch closely. The recent warrant issue will bring in fresh funds but also points to potential equity dilution if converted.
